I would recommend this hotel for a nice, clean place to stay.
Great hotel near the main strip! All the shops and cool river tubing are less than a five minute walk away. The staff here are wonderful and do their very best to cater to your needs! Would recommend and this is definitely my go to hotel from now on!
Enjoyed our stay very much!! Quiet location with short walk anywhere downtown, beds are prob most comfortable I've ever slept in as far as hotels go, pillows too! Night manager was new, but knowledgeable and answered all my questions and let us knew that they would allow us to swim after hours if we wanted within a reason able time and noise level. Overall great experience
I gave this a 1 star cuz there was no other option. Got a room with a Jacuzzi. Upon check-in, I had to go to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the scum ring from the tub. When we went to use the Jacuzzi the second night, found out the tub stop would not stay down so we couldn't use it. Interestingly I found out that it is managed by the same person who manages Holiday Inn and Suites right down the street that we had the same problem with regarding hair and open soap in the shower as well as the scum ring in the Jacuzzi, again making it unusable. Please do not waste your money on either of these properties!!! I will be taking my issue up with the company that runs both hotels.
After ditching a slum hotel down the street, my significant other and I went to the SureStay to get a room!! We asked to see the rooms before we booked and it was not a problem at all for them to show us. The rooms were clean and a great deal for how close it is to downtown. Lee and Daniel were amazing, extremely helpful, and made us feel right at home! We really appreciated how accommodating they were for us.
It's in a nice spot close to town, so you could just walk there. It has a heated outdoor pool with a roof, which is nice. The room I stayed in was nice, although the room service could've been a little better. Overall a nice place.
